For the first time the peering forum will last 3 days instead of the previous 2 day event. Attendee feedback from the evaluation surveys of the previous editions showed a lack of time for one-to-one meetings to discuss bilateral peering with other attendees. This year we have extended the event with one day but cut back on the scheduled sessions at the same time so there is ample time for the participants to set up meetings with both current and future peers.
Next to the dedicated scheduled time there will also be a meeting tool to schedule meetings beforehand with other attendees that have registered. To facilitate these meetings the EPF team has seperate bilateral meeting tables that can be booked through the tool as well. After registration each attendant will receive a login for the seperate bilateral meeting tool, able to manage his time and plan bilateral meetings.
